CASI Level 3+ Snowboard Instructor and Staff Trainer - Winter 2026-2027

Job description

The Big White Ski & Board School is seeking CASI Level 3+ instructors for our GAP and Staff Trainer positions. We are seeking experienced instructors, with a preference given to candidates holding their CASI Evaluator certification (Level 1 or higher), to join our team as Snowboard GAP/Staff Trainer. If you aspire to be part of a strong team of Ski and Snowboard trainers, we want you to join our team for the winter season. This seasonal, full-time position requires working five or more days a week, as needed, to meet business demands. Trainers will be responsible for providing training on the following Ski & Board programs: - GAP training program. Our GAP programs run from mid-January to the third week of March, Monday to Friday. Being assigned to this program, the trainer’s day consists of up to seven (7) hours per day. The role of the GAP program is to train the participants using the CASI methodology for teaching and snowboarding.
