Your goal will be to provide a warm welcome to all our The Bothy restaurant visitors and do everything you can to make their trip a memorable one. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are served quickly and accurately, operating the tills, keeping the restaurant area impeccably clean, and supporting the team with whatever is needed to help create a great working environment. This is a very demanding role, so you must be comfortable working at pace and being on your feet for most of the shift.
