Kinship Care Case Worker x 3 positions

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and culturally grounded practitioner to join our team in strengthening kinship care arrangements for Aboriginal children and young people. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee kinship case contracting processes, support carers and families, and ensure children remain safe, stable and strongly connected to culture, community and Country. Working within a self-determined, community-led model of care, you will exercise sound professional judgement while maintaining compliance with legislative and funding requirements.
