The Opportunity Position: Branch Manager: You will provide leadership to the Route Managers through effective objective setting, delegation and communication. You are also responsible for performance management and taking corrective action. Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Branch - Supervise and direct the activities of Route Managers - Responsible for profit and contractual gain - Responsible to ensure that set quotas for contracts, rentals and product/equipment are achieved - Improve quality and ensure positive customer relationships through regular client liaison and random inspections of accounts - Responsible for training and development, inventory management, sales and service support to team members - Responsible to comply with, administer and insist on Company policies and procedures bei...
