Job Description What is the opportunity?: As a Portfolio Analyst on our Managed Portfolio Strategies team, you will have the opportunity to support the US Wealth Management (RBC WM) business’ recruitment, onboarding, internal training, education, and marketing campaigns focused on our managed asset solutions. This consultative role will provide product recommendations and portfolio-level investment advice to client-facing professionals. Your role will be aligned directly to the firm’s overall business strategy of growing our advisory assets and helps to ensure RBC WM remains competitive in providing expert advice on managed solutions to affluent, high net worth, and ultra-high net worth investors. What will you do?: Advisor Support: - Assist business leaders with the competitive recruiting process by providing transition analysis and participating in recruit meetings - Act as the lead MPS analyst aiding the onboarding process of recently recruited financial advisors including assessing their managed assets and mapping them to investment strategies and models available at RBC - Partner with internal teams including Advisor Recruiting and Advisory Programs, and others, to develop a f...
