Opportunity Information Gould Medical Group is looking for a board-certified Family Medicine Core Faculty physician in Modesto, CA. Position Details: - Starting base salary: $300,000 - Two-year salary guarantee - Compensation will be a mix of salary and wRVU production after salary guarantee - Sign-on and loan options - Position requirement: serve as core faculty for recently accredited FM residency program - Mix of outpatient Family Medicine and resident teaching - Teaching is a mix of inpatient and outpatient in a variety of settings, including nursery, wards, and residency clinic (depending on interest) - Addiction Medicine or Sports Medicine fellowship a plus - Stable and growing group - EHR: Epic Qualifications: Qualifications of the Core Faculty Member - Must have and maintain current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine - Demonstrate a strong interest in the education of residents - Devote sufficient time to the Residency Program to fulfill their supervisory and teaching responsibilities - Pursues faculty development at least annually to enhance their skills in the areas of education, quality improvement and patient safety, physician well-being, and patient...
