People Relations Partner (Employment Law) Location: Glasgow: Salary: £66,600 - £82,500pa, bonus up to 2 0%, Health Cover and Car Allowance. Working Pattern: Flexible working Permanent: Help us create a better future, quicker We’re looking for an experienced People Relations Partner to join our People Relations & Case Management team, providing expert employment law advice and people relations support across the organisation. What you’ll be doing: This is a senior, specialist role working closely with the Head of People Relations & Case Management, senior leaders and the wider People function to provide expert employment law advice and ensure people ‑ related decisions and organisational change are legally compliant, pragmatic and aligned to business priorities. The role plays a key part in minimising legal, financial and reputational risk while supporting delivery of strategic objectives .
