New Pig is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. In this role, you will be a key component in managing a diverse portfolio of projects within the organization. This role is in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and will offer exciting new challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities - Draft, manage, and maintain complex project plans in collaboration with key stakeholders including executive management and functional area leads - Develop comprehensive project schedules to offer leadership insight into resource allocation and constraints - Facilitate key project stakeholder meetings regarding project updates, tracking, and constraints - Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination and questions - Communicate with executives and external stakeholders on project status and significant project changes - Facilitate retrospectives to improve processes and future projects - Monitor project progress and execute necessary adjustments to meet deadlines - Perform project risk management analysis and maintain an active risk register for projects Requirements: - Degree in Project Management or closely related field - 2-5 years Proj...
