An Employment Skills Training Facilitator’s Day involves: - Facilitating group training sessions to jobseekers, face to face and online if required - Working with the job seekers referred from digital services and other employment service providers to our Employability skills training program - Delivering engaging group-based training - Promoting Jobfind and EST courses - Providing completion report to the jobseekers participating in the program - Understanding the needs of local employers and labour markets - Ensuring high engagement of job seekers to complete the EST training blocks - Identifying job seekers area of interest and assisting them to secure work trials - Connecting job seekers through apprenticeship and traineeship - Identifying issues and working with the host organisation or job seekers to resolve them - Undertaking risk assessment for the job seeker and the host organisation for industry awareness experiences Key Selection Criteria: Being a part of the Jobfind team, you will be provided with a wide range of benefits including: To be considered you must...
