Patient Care Coordinator Job Summary: Montclair Breast Center, a member of Genesis Health, is dedicated to saving lives through proactive healthcare. MBC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide assistance to various healthcare services following established policies and protocols including, but not limited to: screening and scheduling all new patient appointments, obtaining records, and imaging studies, managing medical record requests, scanning, and attaching documents within the electronic medical record, patient check in and out, insurance verification and authorizations, phone/message triage and collaboration with all team members.
