Your Role: - Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and friendly service. - Handle sales inquiries, general information requests, and customer complaints. - Manage sensitive customer cases, including escalations from regulatory bodies. - Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations. - Support back-office tasks including ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations. - Provide accurate, real-time information to help customers make informed decisions. - Exceed customer expectations by creating memorable, positive travel experiences. - Actively listen to customers, acknowledge their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
