Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or a relevant advanced degree. - Experience with SQL. Preferred qualifications: - Knowledge of SAP. - Ability to grow in a fluid environment, and maintain executive presence and perspective in the midst of changing timelines and decision making. - Ability to transform raw data into insights and executive summaries with attention to detail. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and manage recommended actions. - Excellent communication skills, along with the ability articulate complex information.
