As Business Development Manager, based within the Sales department , you will play a central role in the company's growth strategy, working in close coordination with the Sales team . Your main responsibilities will be: Travel within France and internationally is expected (20%). - Identification of strategic opportunities: active prospecting for In-Licensing and Co-Marketing opportunities aligned with overall commercial objectives. - Business development project management: coordination of BD&L (Business Development & Licensing) initiatives, competitor mapping, therapeutic segment analysis, and monitoring of cross-functional strategic projects. - Contractual negotiation management: handling of confidentiality agreements, definition of terms, coordination of commercial plans, and oversight of due diligence processes. - Representation at key events: participation...
