Basic Job Functions: Defines, implements, and monitors quality systems to ensure the quality of materials and products are produced and maintained to meet required specifications. Manage the product and process quality systems according to company policy and ISO Standards, facilitating internal and external customer satisfaction. Education/Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline or 5 years related Quality experience required. - ASQ Certification (CMI, CPT, CQA) preferred. - ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification preferred. - Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs. Required Skills/Competencies: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; as are interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, organizational follow-up skills. - Ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects/programs. - Demonstrate a strong passion for root cause investigation, identification, and permanent corrective action, implementation, and validation. - Quantitative and analytical skills; and ability to develop, aggregate, and communicate results of performance metrics. - De...
