GLAUKOS - SPECIALTY PHARMACY & TRADE DIRECTOR: The Specialty Pharmacy & Trade (SP&T) Director leads and improves how patients move through the specialty pharmacy journey - from prescription to therapy. This role leads specialty pharmacy partnerships and focuses on the SP trade channel while operating at the intersection of specialty pharmacy, HUB operations, and data analytics to drive measurable patient access outcomes. Working closely with Sales and Market Access teams, the Director ensures a smooth Rx journey and patient support process, improving time-to-therapy, patient conversion, and access across both pharmacy and medical benefits.
