Compensation Amount: 17.00 USD Hourly Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Rental Shop Manager, the Rental Shop Lead assists in the daily operations of the rental shop, ensuring a high standard of guest service, cleanliness, equipment presentation, and quality control. This position provides support in all aspects of rental services, along with assisting climbing wall operations and serves as a backup for Lift Operations as needed. Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Provides guidance and support to Rental Shop Attendants, assists in training on proper equipment handling, software use, and guest service techniques.
