Legal Counsel EMEA We are recruiting a Legal Counsel EMEA to join a leading multinational company operating in the industrial and equipment sector, with a strong international presence. In this role, you will play a strategic part in supporting EMEA operations, working closely with commercial teams and multiple business functions to ensure legal guidance is aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on supply and distribution agreements; Support commercial teams throughout contract negotiation processes; Propose improvements to contract templates and internal contracting procedures; Assist the business in contract enforcement matters, including warranty claims, compensation requests, and penalties enforcement; Proactively identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions; Monitor regulatory developments and support cross-functional compliance initiatives; Conduct legal research and prepare legal analysis on commercial and contractual matters; Ensure legal advice is aligned with operational and business realities.
