About the Role: The Senior Director of Data Platform & Analytics is a strategic leadership position tasked with building Harbor Compliance’s first end-to-end data platform and insight engine. This role exists to unify fragmented data from source systems—including HubSpot, financial platforms, and HRIS—into a single, AI-augmented source of truth that drives executive decision-making.
