Overview: We are seeking a Composite Tool Prep and Demold Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in preparing composite tooling surfaces for layup and executing the demolding process with precision. Your responsibilities will include applying release agents, ensuring proper mold release application, and safely removing cured parts from composite tooling.
