Description We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the European defense sector. The role focuses on expanding our footprint within NATO-aligned markets, strengthening strategic relationships, and driving new business opportunities in simulation and training solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development and market penetration strategies across Europe - Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities with defense ministries, armed forces, and prime contractors - Build and maintain strong relationships with NATO stakeholders, procurement bodies, and industry partners - Lead tender processes, proposals, and negotiations - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences - Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product, delivery) to align solutions with customer requirements - Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic insights - Support marketing activities including positioning, messaging, and campaign execution in the region Requirements: - Military background in a NATO army (mandatory) - Preferably experience in the defense indu...
