Job Summary: As a key member of the Fleet Project Management Office (PMO), the Major Projects Analyst supports Vistra’s nuclear growth strategy by providing PMO, project controls, and analytical support for multi‑billion‑dollar initiatives such as Extended Power Uprates and other major projects. The role delivers timely, data‑driven insights across all phases of execution to support alignment with safety, cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory objectives. Working closely with site and project teams, OEMs, and EPC partners, the analyst enables governance and performance monitoring by translating complex technical and financial data into actionable insights for PMO leadership. The role also contributes to PMO maturity by supporting enterprise standards, tools, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen consistent execution across the nuclear fleet.
