Summary: We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures while utilizing gained educational knowledge and experience. Essential Functions: - Assist in organizing company events. - Update company databases by inputting new and current employee records. - Screening resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees to fill company job vacancies - Assist the HR staff in filling employment forms and gathering market salary information. - Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates - Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks - Respond to the HR team, employee benefits, and other Human Resources related matters. - Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days) - Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related duties to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries. - Assist in the team in remaining compliance with I-9 documents. - Respond to the HR team, employee benefits, and other Human Resources related matters. - Provide adm...
