Position Summary Tangentyere Council: Aboriginal Corporation (TCAC) is a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from the Alice Springs Town Camps, urban Alice Springs, and Central Australia. Tangentyere Employment Services: (TES) delivers the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) for Alice Springs Town Camps, outstations in the region, and Amoonguna, and the Municipal and Essential Services program which undertakes required services for common areas across all Alice Springs Town Camps. The position is responsible for providing culturally sensitive and practical day to day support to Jobseekers engaged with Tangentyere Employment Services (TES). The role assists Jobseekers to participate in employment related activities by facilitating referrals, engagement, transport to and from appointments, and timely follow up on non-attendance. Working across TES, the CLO contributes to meeting performance outcomes by supporting Case Managers, Administration and Management with daily operational tasks and Jobseeker engagement needs.
