Requirements: - Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers, NPI Program Managers, CNC Programmers, and Product Development Engineers - Drive successful new product launches and ongoing production excellence - Own new business quoting, including customer engagement and project evaluation - Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies - Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput - Develop capital investment strategies aligned with future growth and capacity needs - Ensure compliance with FDA, QMS, and regulatory standards - Partner cross-functionally across supply chain, quality, finance, and commercial teams - Mentor and grow talent while fostering a strong, co...
