Procurement Specialist PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Procurement Specialist to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located in our Toledo Refinery in Oregon OH. The Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing procurement activities for materials and services while applying strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation expertise to deliver measurable value to the business. This role independently manages assigned spend categories and supplier relationships, supports sourcing and contract execution, and leverages data analytics to identify cost reduction, cost avoidance, and continuous improvement opportunities. The role partners closely with Maintenance, Turnaround, Capital, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, efficient, and value-driven procurement outcomes.
