Summary: Assist the Dispatcher in receiving, recording and distributing pick up orders to production assistants by performing the following duties. Pay Rate : $18.00/ Hour: Status : Full Time/ 40 Hours ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Route pick-up orders coming into the center, distributing them to the proper Production Assistant each day. 2. Keep accurate records of location of all trucks and vehicles each day and the calls that are completed each day. 3. Keep track of and file all pick-up tickets, advising the supervisor of any problems which may arise (i.e. back calls, etc.). 4. Operate two- way radio equipment according to center policy and FCC regulations. 5. Assist phone receptionist when needed. 6. Route same-day special donations. 7.
