Shift Manager REPORTS TO: General Manager: Salary Range: TBD: Job Statement: A Shift Manager plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION: To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever and have fun doing it. With that in mind, a Shift Manager is responsible for leading the team to achieving operational excellence every day. A Shift Manager is a technical expert in all front of the house and back of the house positions and is actively pursuing the proficiency required to be promoted to a General Manager position.
