Description The School of Engineering Medicine (SEM) at Texas A&M University (TAMU) invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the Associate or Full Professor level, specializing in Robotics with applications to human health. Applicants will be considered for either tenure-track or tenured Associate Professor or tenured Professor, depending on qualifications. This is a full-time, 9-month position with a start date in the Fall of 2026. We seek an outstanding researcher and educator whose work applies robotics to address critical challenges in medicine and human health. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, surgical robotics, rehabilitation robotics, assistive robotics, autonomous systems for healthcare, medical device robotics, AI-enabled robotic systems, human–robot interaction in clinical environments, and robotics for diagnosis, intervention, or patient care.
