How You’ll Shine: As an On-Site Delivery Associate, you are a part of a team that ensures guests have a wonderful experience while relaxing and enjoying their vacation at The Smoky Mountains. Together with a fun and caring team, you’ll: Deliver requested item(s) to guest units (coffee, linen, terry, kitchen items, etc.) Correct any cleaning issues requested by the guest after housekeeping hours Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining stock levels of inventory Remove trash or inventory from outside of units as needed.
