We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Swindon to assist with the appointment of a Customer Services Information Guide, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £13.90 - £18.48 per hour Summary: The Customer Services Information Guide role involves delivering high quality customer support while promoting a digital-first approach, encouraging residents to access information and services online wherever possible. The successful candidate will understand customer needs, provide guidance, and signpost customers to relevant internal and external support services.
