Overview A Sr. Principal Technical Consultant will partner directly with utility customers, partners, and internal Esri teams to lead the engagement, design, and implementation of advanced ArcGIS enterprise systems—with a specialized focus on Utility Network (UN) and Network Information Management Systems (NIMS)—through significant, unique, and highly complex Professional Services engagements. This role operates at a systems level, bridging Products, Solutions, Services, Sales, and external partners to define what successful, durable utility systems look like at scale. A Sr. Principal Technical Consultant will advise executive sponsors on cost, risk, and organizational impact; guide ArcMap migration strategies; and help shape the evolution of Esri’s Utilities market approach by identifying scalable adoption paths and repeatable delivery models.
