Salary $67,860 / yr - $88,218 / yr Overview: Director of Facilities Management (Site Based) Salary Range: $67,860 - $88,218 / year Location: Burlington Position Overview: The Director of Facilities Management (Site Based) is responsible for the complete operations, property management, and oversight of the Environmental Services and Maintenance departments at the facility. This individual manages life safety compliance, staff supervision, day-to-day operations, and budget oversight for the site. Responsibilities include regular maintenance checks, repairs, vendor/contractor coordination, record-keeping, and management of supplies and equipment. The Director follows established safety policies and procedures to consistently provide superior service to residents and staff.
