Job Title Project Manager Job Description Summary Job Description: Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and other project-related invoices. Support team members responsible for specific sites in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating the completion of required work. Participate in building evaluations ( due diligence reviews ) and assist with the preparation of physical audit reports. Support the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction contractors, as required for each project. Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders regarding work in progress. Obtain alignment and appropriate approvals for organizational changes, project plans, and expenditures exceeding the approved budget. Perform related assignments as required in the day-to-day operation of the team.
