Job description

This is a field-based role located in Michigan , with travel required up to 75%. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating to the Greater Lansing or Ann Arbor area. You are applying for work for a franchisee of Noodles & CO - Pasta Per Trio , not Noodles Corp or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees. About You: As an Area Manager, you are responsible for the overall restaurant performance within an assigned area, generally 5 -10 restaurants depending on various factors. You lead all area restaurant operations, local marketing initiatives, and the recruitment, development, and coaching of your restaurant managers. You are also accountable for the success of the area by following Noodles & Company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
