Rate of Pay: £20.98 - £27.66 per hour Summary: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Leasehold Manager to provide expert oversight across a residential leasehold portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the role will focus on leasehold compliance, tribunal cases, service charges, managing agents, governance, and complex leasehold disputes, ensuring services are delivered in line with legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practice. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Provide expert advice on leasehold law, case law, and regulatory compliance - Lead on complex tribunal, legal, and governance matters - Oversee Section 20 consultations and service charge compliance - Manage First-tier Tribunal (FTT) cases, disputes, and lease variations - Support Right to Manage (RTM) and enfranchisement processes - Degree level qualification or equivalent experience - GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Essential Requireme...
