The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in both co-teaching and resource room settings. The Special Education Teacher will work collaboratively with general education teachers, and support staff and families to ensure that all students have access to a high-quality education that meets their individual needs. Co-Teaching: Partner with general education teachers to plan and deliver differentiated instruction in inclusive classrooms. Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the needs of students with varying abilities. Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) within the co-teaching environment.
