We are recruiting a Cost Analysis and Strategy Optimization Specialist for the logistics operation analysis team. Role & Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of the logistics needs for the U.S. E-commerce business, combining market insights, industry trends, and customer feedback to perform comprehensive business operation analysis and diagnosis; Regularly organize meetings to identify operational pain points, drive optimization of logistics processes and models, and improve overall business efficiency - Analyze the logistics market across different regions in the U.S., review cost structure per logistics segment; conduct cost calculation, benchmarking analysis, and trend forecasting to provide actionable business insights and support implementation of cost optimization strategies - Responsible for end-to-end supplier management, establishing a data-driven supplier evaluation system covering key indicators such as service quality, co...
