POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Lead Technician to support manufacturing and facility operations by ensuring maintenance and repair activities for machinery and infrastructure are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role provides technical leadership, advanced troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance support to ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and minimal downtime. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and conduct technical training programs for maintenance technicians, focusing on technical skills, safety protocols, and best practices in machine and facility maintenance. Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Design, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address potential equipment failures.
