Production Lead Person - 1st Shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Train and cross-train crews. - Ensure that necessary tools and materials are available for crews to accomplish tasks. - Oversee crews and ensure that they are reliable, dependable, on-time. - Ensure that there is cooperation among crew members. Maintain and improve morale and make sure that they work as a team. - Address questions, concerns, and problems expressed by the crew. - Train crew members about the importance of running efficiently. - Communicate with crew members regarding performance. - Coordinate with your supervisor and Maintenance Superintendent on any repairs or preventive maintenance done in the department. - Communicate with necessary supervision to avoid problems between shift changes. - Implement, maintain, and support all company policies and procedures, including safety, and good housekeeping. - Operate or assist when needed. - Additional duties may be assigned by management. - Carries out Finishing Lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. - Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; conflict resolution; team building; coaching and leading...
