Overview The Reporting to the Project Director the construction manager and is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of all electrical construction activities on life sciences and technology projects. The role ensures construction works are executed to the highest quality standards, within programme and in line with client specifications and regulatory frameworks. Acting as the key link between subcontractors, consultants and project leadership, the Construction Manager drives performance, coordination and compliance across the electrical scope of works.
