Purpose: Wild Card Creative is looking for a hands-on Design Director with deep experience in theatrical and streaming campaigns. This is an on-the-box leadership role– meaning you actively design and animate while overseeing the visual execution of campaigns through release. The Design Director ensures creative consistency, technical excellence, and polish across all graphics before work is shared with internal teams and clients. You lead by example, partnering closely with Creative Director, Editorial, Producers, and Clients to elevate the work while supporting teams in fast-paced trailer environments.
