Description $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS: Barrington Health Center - 3401 East Raymond St. Indianapolis, IN 46203 Pay starting at $31.44/hour: What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse at HealthNet The Registered Nurse position is a combination of education, experience and environmental awareness that provides high quality, person-centered care to patients. When you’ll work as a Registered Nurse at HealthNet Job responsibilities listed above is a summary and does not include other tasks requested by physician or clinic manager. - Assess patient’s condition by observing and recording patient behavior. - Conduct accurate clinical assessments. - Administer medications and other treatment options. - Assist all units/staff with problem-solving to obtain necessary equipment, medications, and supplies on an as needed basis. - Collaborate with providers and care teams. - Assist with procedures - Point of care testing - Administrative duties such as patient paperwork - Develop and maintain on-going relationships with patients - Maintain accurate reporting to health department - Full-time - Health Center hours includes Monday/Tuesday 8am-8pm, Wednesday-Friday 8am-5pm Who is HealthNet?: https://www.indyhe...
