JOB DETAILS: Shift 1st/Day Shift Location Hybrid Schedule To be provided by leader Salary Range $58,796 - $100,130 Annually JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for providing support for a variety of compensation processes such as the development and/or implementation of job descriptions, conducting market analysis, participation in annual surveys, and provide support and maintenance of the assigned Human Resource management systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Work with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and leadership on a variety of projects including job description creation and job market analysis. - Conduct market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s pay programs. - Participate in annual job surveys which provide a source for leveling jobs within the organization. - Participate in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase recommendations. - Assist HRBP’s and leaders with compensation related issues. - Contribute organizational data to third party compensation surveys and analyze results. - Work with Recruiting and IT staff to ensure...
