As an Agency of the Scottish Government, our core mission is to administer pensions for employees in the NHS, Teachers, Police, and Firefighters’ pension schemes—people who dedicate their lives to public service. Your Role as a Pension Administrator This is a 23 month fixed term appointment . You’ll be a key part of our operational delivery team, ensuring members receive accurate and timely pension information. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service by responding to member queries with clarity and care, while processing and analysing data from employers to keep records accurate and up to date. You’ll make sure pensions are calculated and paid correctly and on time, and you’ll also play a vital role in delivering the 2015 McCloud Sargeant Remedy project—a landmark initiative shaping the future of public sector pensions.
