Position Summary The HR Analyst II is responsible for producing key HR metrics and translating complex data into clear, compelling insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions, while supporting a data-driven approach to workforce planning and business strategy. Responsibilities: Other work duties as assigned. - Collect, validate, and maintain HR data (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity, performance, engagement) - Produce and maintain regular reporting on headcount, turnover, hiring funnel, DEIB, and engagement metrics - Build and enhance dashboards (Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) - Partner with HR functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across HR systems - Translate data into actionable insights through executive-ready presentations and narratives - Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities in workforce data that impact business outcomes - Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders to align insights with business strategy - Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making (e.g., workforce capacity, attrition risk, hiring ROI) - Support the development of a data-driven HR cul...
