Description The Lease Up Property Manager, under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Leasing, is responsible for all marketing and pre-leasing efforts for a new housing development. The Lease Up Property Manager will design and implement a marketing and leasing plan that consists of the initial phases of branding a new development in the applicable market, plus assume Property Manager roles once the property becomes operational.
