Storm Execution Technology Support is excited to invite a passionate, forward-thinking, and results-driven professional to become a valued member of its leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will work under the guidance of the Section Manager as a Project Specialist, where youll play a key part in ensuring the highest levels of performance and reliability for our Outage Management Systems (OMS) and associated applicationscritical tools that power CECONY Electric Operations and support both CECONY and O&R outage response efforts. As a Project Specialist, youll collaborate with talented teams across Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS) and trusted vendors to spearhead the development and rollout of innovative software enhancements and major releases. You will shape and refine business procedures, orchestrate comprehensive testing strategies, and lead impactful training initiatives for users. Your leadership will drive successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure our teams are empowered with the knowledge and skills necessary to fully leverage these systems, making a direct impact on our ability to serve communities efficiently and effectively.
