Job description
About the Role As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in need, offering assistance in challenging situations such as roadside emergencies, travel disruptions, or other service requests. Your role will be essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. What You’ll Do: - Front Office Support: Handle inbound calls and provide quick, accurate, and empathetic assistance to customers. - Back Office Coordination: Collaborate with partners to organize services such as roadside assistance, emergency transport, or travel arrangements. - Follow-Up & Customer Care: Ensure customers receive ongoing support by arranging additional services (e.g., car rentals, vehicle repatriation) and conducting follow-up calls.
