Role Overview: As the EHS Lead you will establish, oversee, and scale Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs for our Hayward and San Carlos sites, which include manufacturing, R&D, and operations. You will drive regulatory compliance, risk management, safety culture, and ensure safe, sustainable operations as 1X grows. You will work directly with leadership to build programs from the ground up, especially for new manufacturing facilities, and serve as a key liaison with regulatory bodies.
