Position Summary Acuren Inspection is currently looking for qualified UT Shear Wave to support our operations in Augusta GA and surrounding areas. THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION. Successful candidates must be able to travel up to 90% throughout Augusta GA and surrounding areas. (The environments will be Corn/Agricultural, Petro-Chem, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries, Pipelines and Pharmaceuticals.) Responsibilities: - Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods (METHOD/S) of inspection - Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations - Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results - Identify, track, manage and mitigate risk on specific client engagements.
